Jenny K. Rushlow, Associate

Jenny represents a variety of clients on environmental, land use, litigation, municipal, and telecommunications matters. Her experience includes:

Judicial Intern for Magistrate Judge Judith Dein in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts;
Legal Intern for the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Massachusetts, Civil Division;
Lawyering Fellow for the Lawyering Skills in Social Context Program at Northeastern University School of Law;
Conducted a Masters in Public Health thesis at Alternatives for Community and Environment, analyzing emergency preparedness measures with regard to the local construction of a Biosafety Level 4 laboratory. Jenny's thesis served as the basis for testimony given at Boston City Council hearing on city emergency preparedness;
Co-founder and former co-director of Northeastern University's Husky Energy Action Team (HEAT), a student-run organization working to reduce on-campus greenhouse gas emissions that successfully persuaded the University President to commit to a timeline aimed at achieving campus-wide climate neutrality.
