Advising public and private clients on environmental compliance, cleanup, and cost recovery under state and federal law;
Recovering environmental remediation costs from national insurers for environmental claims;
Representing developers, residents, and municipalities in permitting proceedings and litigation before Massachusetts courts and agencies;
Handling wetlands protection and zoning matters, solid waste facility cases, Chapter 91 issues, and other related areas of land use practice;
Chairing the Somerville Conservation Commission;
