Mary Liz Brenninkmeyer, Associate

Mary Liz specializes in environmental, land use, zoning, litigation, and municipal law. Her experience includes:

Advising clients on a wide array of environmental permitting and compliance matters under state and federal law;
Recovering environmental defense and remediation costs from national insurers;
Representing clients in permitting proceedings and litigation before Massachusetts courts and agencies;
Counseling clients in wetlands protection, Title 5, telecommunications, zoning matters, and related areas of land use practice;
Serving as Legal Instruction Librarian at Northeastern University School of Law;
Clerking for the Honorable Paul J. Barbadoro at the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire.
