Melissa C. Allison, Associate
Melissa represents private and public sector clients in complex commercial, regulatory, and environmental litigation. Melissa also represents governmental airport owners in federal regulatory compliance matters and civil litigation. Her experience includes:
- Negotiating with the FAA on behalf of an airport authority to resolve a significant grant dispute;
- Representing a global biotechnology company in commercial litigation;
- Representing the airport industry in an appeal concerning rate-setting practices in the District of Columbia Circuit Court of Appeals;
- Defending an airport authority in complex antitrust and RICO litigation in federal court in Massachusetts;
- Representing a global diversified company in Superfund litigation in federal court in Massachusetts;
- Representing municipalities in litigation regarding environmental contamination;
- Clerking for the Honorable Joseph R. Goodwin in the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia;
- Acting as teaching assistant to Judith B. Tracy in Legal Reasoning, Research & Writing courses at Boston College Law School.
