Ryan D. Pace, Partner
Ryan Pace serves as counsel to fiduciaries, families, educational institutions, non-profit organizations, and individuals in all aspects of real estate matters. He also represents commercial clients in leasing, financing, permitting, development, and land transfer transactions, as well as related real estate projects, and he regularly advises municipalities on real estate issues. Ryan joined Anderson & Kreiger after seven years of practicing real estate law at Palmer & Dodge. His experience includes:
- Representing clients on real estate acquisition and disposition, land use, development, permitting, leasing, financing, and real estate planning projects;
- Leading complex land planning and preservation efforts, including counseling private landowners, fiduciaries, trusts, and estates concerning grants of restrictions to individuals, governmental entities, and conservation organizations;
- Counseling commercial real estate clients, real estate investment trusts, landlords, and real estate developers on substantial leasing, financing, permitting, and land transfer transactions;
- Counseling airport owners on complex leasing matters and operating agreements;
- Representing municipalities on zoning, subdivision, and land acquisition and transfer matters, and counseling the towns of Acton, Concord, Dover, and Lexington in real estate and land use.
