George Hall has over 20 of years experience serving municipal governments, businesses, individuals, and non-profits as a counselor, advocate, and litigator. George is well-known for his expertise on state and local wetlands regulatory programs, zoning and local government. George's experience includes:
- Serving as town counsel to the Towns of Wrentham and Norfolk for a combined 25 years;
- Successfully litigating dozens of difficult zoning, wetlands, and land use appeals, real estate disputes and enforcement matters;
- Counseling cities and towns on the full range of municipal issues;
- Providing special counsel services to municipal governments on wetlands, solid waste, and wastewater treatment matters, and on innovative land use regulatory approaches;
- Assisting businesses, developers, and non-profits in complex state and local permitting processes for the development of commercial projects, residential subdivisions, and campus expansions;
- Defending businesses and individuals in state and local enforcement matters;
- Advising businesses and individuals on environmental compliance issues.
